You have 14 days to cancel from receipt of your package. Returned items must be unopened, undamaged and complete.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an email to info@citelie.com. We will then issue a return label for the return of your package. The cost of this label will be deducted from the refund. In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received within 14 days, by bank transfer, after receipt and verification of the returned products.
Positioning itself as the most expensive oil in the world. Resulting from a unique, long and expensive manufacturing process, its price is justified both by its rarity and its difficulty of obtaining.
In fact, to obtain a single liter of this beauty elixir, you need approximately a ton of prickly pears. From this tonne, the seeds are extracted in an artisanal manner, followed by a cold pressing process, drop by drop, for 48 hours in order to obtain the precious liter of pure prickly pear seed oil.
The slowness of the process combined with the difficulty of obtaining makes the production of this oil impossible to industrialize, and thus gives it its exclusive character.
Our oil is made in the south of Morocco where the perfect climate is found for growing the famous prickly pear.
